How do I use it?

1) For a smokey effect, gently pull your eyelid taught and apply the eye pencil from the center of the eyelid to the outer corner of your eye
2) Use the same technique to fill your inner corner to the center for even coverage
3) To enhance your eye color and size, apply the liner to your waterline
